I would like to get the opinion of the artists on the fact that their record is impossible to buy at a decent price, a few weeks after it being out, and then remains on shelves, instead of being listened. Very interesting.I have only one think to say already: REPRESS, please! (this is sad)Edit: Checking the Galakthorroe website, on the LP page ( http://www.galakthorroe.de/e_037_a.html ), you can notice that it's written "first edition of 892 copies". Who says "first edition" says "second edition" (and I checked that this mention of "first edition" can not be found on the pages of the others NN records, which weren't repressed). So... I bet there'll actually be another pressing! :)

Limited editions are pointless if the quality is here. Hey, don't be so bitter..I can relate to your frustration, but nowdays, it's all the same everywhere you look with the limited editions..2 clicks away, and they sell out..If you can imagine mine, that i have been following them since 2003, and still i bought the lp by pure chance..At least these guys were allways releasing their vinyl like that, and you could actually get it from any distro for 15 euro..They are not to blame for becoming that popular the last two years, neither should they change their ways of releasing stuff cause of it..

The label has allready been asked for a possible repress and the answer was "no"Maybe in the future they change their minds about it, but i doubt it..@Ildjarn I am a subscriber in their newsletter for over a decade, and thru the years i received in the mail a real newlsetter as a notification, but this time arround there was no notification about any release from the label's part as far as i am concerned..i found out about this release beforehand, by accident, and was lucky.

I can see why the label would do a repress this time: they would obviously sell more records and make a bit more money.Knowing that they never made a repress before doesn't imply they couldn't start doing it.

That label never does vinyl represses...Don't see any reason why they should now..If you want to know about the prices i have two words for you.."music speculation"...This record was sold at normal prices the week of it's release, from various distros, including the label itself from which i got a copy myself....but seeing that discogs sellers uped the prices that much, and after selling some copies at decent prices, they started selling their remaining copies at the prices you see...After all if there are people buying it for 70 a copy, why not sell it..?And that's that, no more to it..

Ok but not here on discogs.Ok, i collaborate with a label too and I know how things going, food and tax are a problem for everyone, I think.This record still a fresh realase, just is gonna sold out in a couple of days and when i take a look on discogs (after checked the label' site), I found only prices out of control, from different mailorders. For me, only my opinion, it's not so honest. I never said this and that seller are bad,

I had it at 24 euro as I said you.I run a label and mail order from more than 10 years....and always there is the same problem.People don't buy records...and they contact me when everywhere records are sold out and I still have some copies.Problem is that I also have to buy food and pay taxes, so try to think it is to get no orders for months and months.Now I have changed my way to sell records.I place them on sale at regular price, but when I see that other mail orders sell the same thing at higher price, I follow the wave.Do you want to pay the record at low price...you buy it when it is fresh released.If you want to buy when it is sold out, it's normal you will pay more for it.If you think that maybe I'm not a good seller, you can check my feedbacks (100% positive).

For example i never seen this one iwith a regular price, i just checked the official site the first day it was sold out, then i never had any chanche to buy it for a regular price. Anyways, It's sold out on the label site, but if other mailorder has it on sale, why the price is so high now?

Pathetic is that I was selling this lp at 24 euro and nobody wanted to buy it from me.Now that it is sold out and everybody want it, people still don't buy from me.... So I sell it on discogs as others do ...and unbelievable at higher price people buy it.So ...before to criticise sellers, ask yourself why costumers are acting like this.

On one hand, even if I missed out I'm actually happy that there are enough people collecting such "strange" and excellent music as this to immediately sell out the 900 (pardon.. 892) copies.On the other it makes me despair that at least some of those were probably just buying for the resale value, based on prices/demand for their previous records.To paraphrase a wise discogs user: "Look, another a**hole appeared!"

I can assure - will be a lot of LPs via distis - so after 23.11 guys who are selling at 180 will be forced to drop the price to 20 euro ...892 copies is enough

The almost instant sell-out, hapens everytime from this label..i have been following this label since 2003 and almost everytime they release sth, it sells out in a couple of days..But this happens cause the label itself holds very few copies for sale, and most go to distributors..Sure some distributors like Infrarot & Going Underground, have allready sold out on this from preorders, but the official release is on he 23rd Nov. so mark my words, you will find copies in physical stores, plus e-mail distros that have actually made reservations on this, but haven't actually got their copies yet.The copies listed for sale here as of this date, are the few people, that managed to get some, from the band itself..But still, not all of those orders have reached out yet (mine included), so there will be more for sale in normal prices.Just wait for it.
