Recorded at Sunrise Studio, Kirchberg 15-29 January 1978, except tracks 6, 7, 8, 13, at Kaleidophon, London 15-18 March 1978, 14 & 15 also at Kaleidophon in the Winter of 1980, and track 16 Live at Cantu, Italy during the Art Bears European tour 1980.

Pressed at WMG, Minneapolis.

Tracks 1-13 originally issued in 1978 by Ré Records as Hopes And Fears.
Track 14 was released in 1982 on Various - Recommended Records Sampler.
Track 15 was a B-side specially recorded for the US Ralph Records single Rats & Monkeys.
Track 16 was a 7" single given free to subscribers of the second Art Bears LP Winter Songs, 1979.
