CD1 tracks 1-12 were originally released on the LP Captured by Natasha, on Towerbell Records in 1982. Remaining tracks were released by Natasha on Towerbell A or B sides between 1981 and 1983, except tracks 13,19 and 22 which are different versions from the original release and tracks 15 and 16 which are previously unreleased.

CD2 tracks 1-10 were originally released on the LP Don't Walk Away by Natasha England on Towerbell Records in 1985. Track 11 and track 13 were released on Towerbell singles by Natasha England and Natasha respectively. Tracks 12,14 and 20 are previously unreleased. Tracks 15 and 16 by Natasha and The Delites on a Decca Records single in 1980. Tracks 17,18 and 19 released by The Flirts on a Magnet Records single in 1979.
