The songs for this record were written in 30 days in December 2002 and recorded live to half inch reel-to-reel tape machine on August 1-3, 2005, at The Factory Studios in Vancouver, Canada, with vocals overdubbed in October. All sounds contained in this stereophonic recording were created by guitar, bass, drums and vocals.
