Amazing Spacey Chillout Gem of an album! Declan Flynn (who composed some amazing singles such as "Bahatu") showers his stylish musical genius here with some amazing tunes! The catchy opening track ignites the astronomical journey, followed by the haunting "Hojar" which is believed to be depicting a Mafia car chase (or so I read somewhere). Blue Jay has beautiful vocals and a charming electronica+violin duo. Furthermore, the original CD case is a wonderful piece of art for yr library collection... Top tracks: 1,2,4,7,11

Gravity is a pretty fine debut album from Declan Flynn AKA Al-Pha-X. The album represents a journey around the world collecting different world music elements. The combination of world music with downtempo electronica works very well. The rumbling bass and traditional vocals in many of the tracks work well also. This album is very much unique in style and highly recommended for any open minded fan of electronic music.
