2003 and 2004 saw a slight change in direction for Echo Orbiter; the chapter where a mix of existentialism, shoegaze, ambient, and post-punk would be dug up from Justin’s past. A vast array of new material was being worked on and finished for various projects. “Que’st-Ce Pour Nous” would prove to be the 5th EO LP. The first 5 tracks included here would ultimately be omitted from the final track list and make their first appearances in this collection. Tracks 6 & 7 are 2 tracks from an aborted EP entitled “Eiffel Hotel”. Track 8 is an older track that was considered for “The Khyber Passed” EP. The final 2 tracks are original experiments that would become “Soundscapes Vol. 1”.
