Small update...listened to both of my copies ("standard" edition for both) and both copies do sound great overall. Except both have identical sound issues late in the track "The Alcove Of Angels", which is unfortunate as its perhaps my favorite track.Pretty disappointing if this really is a defect in the entire pressing run...who knows, different stylus pick up different things...mine picks up the exact same sequence of pops/ticks/noise towards the end of this track on both copies.Frustrating, l wonder if a test pressing was listened to for this, and whatever stylus was used picked up the same thing.Will clean them, but considered the identical nature of the noises across 2 copes I doubt that will fix it...I wonder if the special edition is the same...or if any of the other random colours that may or may not be out there suffer the same issue...

My copy arrived today as if it had sunk to the bottom of the ocean. The sleeve is completely destroyed. No. 023/100. I have a message sent to the website but I'm afraid it is irreplaceable because of the limited nature..

After about 3 months I got my replacement sleeve. Everything in perfect condition. I'm beyond elated.

I've been working with them. They are going to get me the limited sleeve remade, it will just take awhile. Also, I have to repay shipping which is a bear from Europe. I'm willing to do it though.

You might be lucky...On a different BAN lp special edition a few years back my slipcase/special cover arrived damaged and they replaced it with an overrun (but made sure the numbering was the same for me). Really good customer service.

Agreed - looking forward to playing mine tonight! I have the old back on black version and its pretty poor...well no different to the cd really, so kind of redundant...The pictures that have been added to this page are exactly how mine look colour wise....not so random really!

I see... not sure how "random" then haha, oh well album sounds great and sleeves and fold looks great as well. Just happy a proper release of this is out. About time.

Yep, Under better lighting at home, the green discs are sort of a dark green transparent, and what I thought was brown marbled on the second discs is closer to a pinky colour with some marbling that almost looks like peacock colours (but not transparent)....still both identical across both copies though.

I’ve got one side with dark green and the other with the etched side sorta resembles the starry artwork on the album cover and the inner gatefold art... pretty neat, much more clear than the green I’d say..

Maybe not so random?I ordered 2 copies and they both came with an identical mix of colours, both have transparent green one disc & brown marbled for the other disc.Maybe there are "sets" of colours pressed for each disc. Would be curious to see what other colors are in the pressing run.

Re: EuropaGonzos - I hope they eventually get something worked out. This desperately needs a repress, ideally remastered & with non-atrocious cover art.

Repress coming soon as posted on BAN's FB 10th Aug 2017: "Blut Aus Nord and Debemur Morti Productions agreed to re-issue "Memoria Vetusta II: Dialogue With The Stars" on vinyl in the coming months. Watch out!" So it'll be a beautiful DMP version and not the bullshit BOB one.

Debemur Morti have stated that they want to do a vinyl press of this album in the near future, but they're not 100% sure they can.
