According to the 3 different 7" UK/Europe entries: except from the different runout etching what is the difference between the 3??? Can't they be combined??

The house bag version mentioned (striped diecut) is simply a later pressing where they were temporarily out of picture covers and used a standard WEA house 'bag' instead-it isn't a special edition. You may as well show a 7" (of any artist) without its picture cover-instead in the company diecut paper sleeve - as a extra release !The variant matrix you mention above did actually come in the normal picture cover so the 'generic black sleeve with white printed stripes. 12" Single is printed large on sleeve' is a complete IRRELEVANCE-it is just a normally housed in a picture cover missing the picture cover !!!

There is an A 1 / B 1 matrix which is pressed by Philips/Polygram: MR 033 T A//1 * 420 R 11 2 & MR 033 T B//1 * 420 R 11 1. (* indicates upside down triangle)Cover is glossy thin card with no barcode.
