Back of cover shows Catalog# LML4015, below which is 201 019 LML.
This also occurs on labels [latter is smaller & also is matrix ref], together with 'Limelight Series' reference on both cover & labels.
(The Limelight Series US mono issue was Limelight LM 82027)
Limelight Records is a subsidiary of Mercury Records. A sub-label started by Quincy Jones. 71 albums were released under the Limelight label series. This does not appear in that catalog, nor in Mercury's jazz catalog.
The sleeve credits Davis with "Bass"- this has been corrected to "Double Bass", the instrument for which he is renowned.
(Sleeve imprint: "Recorded at Englewood, New Jersey, January 13, 1965 by Rudy Van Gelder. Produced by Jack Tracy".
However: Credit on labels for production is to Jack Jones - see images)
