Caloriouz, is a solo project by Rui Veiga (Nat Collective, OU), a Portuguese experimental electronic musician based in Lisbon. After many years dedicated to music as a DJ, a radio broadcaster and promoter of several events of experimental and improvised music. Caloriouz's album is a collection of these various musical experiences he's been making, exploring unlikely places and strange sources, abstract and suffocating ways that evoke longing and serenity, making soft forays into the rhythmic markings of techno or dub.
