From a number of sources I'm quite certain Turn Table records was Jackie's own label and he released this himself on his own label for the US while in New York. It was still printed with the others in Canada though. Perhaps an attempt to distribute his records himself. There are only a couple of releases on this label including the 7" off of this record that is already a submission, and a single from a dude he was playing with sometimes in New York at the time.
