With STROBOPLASTICS, Air Liquide embraces their dance side more with the pure tech-house smoothness of "Zeitgeber" and the electro-acid of "Combat Zone Part I." The title track swirls around, dancing through the atmosphere, and its sister track, "Chromoplastics" takes a deeper approach with an ominous horn sample to balance out the electronic squelches (whereas the Burger Industries mix of "Imago II" is heavy on the squelches with just a touch of funk to keep things interesting). "Combat Zone Part 2" brings in the acid dub, slow and thick, while the final track, "Sextalk," is much more experimental, almost like a Scanner track, A solid EP.
