I recently picked up a sealed copy of this EP in Austin, TX, and let me just say it's terrific. More rock than country, but that's the kind of stuff that was going down in the 1990s. The version of "Drive South" on here is, in my book, the only one in the world that comes close to matching Suzy Bogguss' version, but that's not saying the other two cuts - "Red Sunset" and "Hole in My Heart" - aren't fine slices of Austin country as well. Can't wait to secure and hear the album.
