This is a comically bad pressing. Both sides look like an abused record pressed 25 years ago. Completely hazy throughout, patches of microscratch areas all over, side A has a HUGE vertical scratch that causes an audible tick throughout half of "When I Grow Up," the list goes on. Fortunately mine isn't warped like others, but it might as well be.Fortunately the music is fantastic so it almost makes up for it, but I'm definitely looking forward to a reissue that is (hopefully) better quality.

My copy is not pressed off-center. It does have an edge warp that is most noticeable on Side A. Surface noise is common on both sides. The paper sleeve the LP came in scuffed the hell out of the disc.

Can anyone confirm that in the 2018 edition the lyrics inlay is white with black letters? That would be a difference to the 2009 edition that came with a black inlay with white letters...

I don't have the Mute pressing but my copy of this Rabid reissue is pretty decent. Flat, quiet, good mastering (same as the first pressing I assume)... really nice pressing this one!

This is the quintessential album, most promising and beautifully done, Tracks that stand out for me.. Triangle Walks and the amazingly 'I'm Not Done' absolutely outstanding, amazingly arranged. Can't imagine if this ever gets remixed! Let's hope!

Yup, this pressing is a disaster. My turntable arm looks like a spinning top during Keep The Streets Empty, resulting in a song-ruining wavering effect on the main synth line. It sounds like someone is applying pressure on and off to a cassette player. It’s staggeringly awful

Yeap, I bought my copy here at Discogs, coming from the US. It was sealed, but the quality of the pressing is worse, many visible and hearable lines & scratches. Most anoying is the cut of the center hole. The tone arm of my Thorens is swinging like hell. Very dissapointing!!

The version I have has Cat# 9048-1 and the same barcode as the 9408-1 edition listed on here. Seems unlikely that it's a different version so I'm thinking that's probably a typo?
