This album is pretty good, his vocal style has changed quite a bit so there is more variety on this long awaited album. The vinyl was less than $10.00 so it was a pretty good deal considering the quality is really good. The vinyl is really flimsy but doesn't appear to affect the sound. My copy had a super awful ripple making the first track on each side very hard to get started. I'm really amazed that it plays at all. I was impressed to see a gatefold with a full Comic strip upon the centerfold. This seems a bit more like jazzy vocals but its impressive, I hope he isn't trying to improve as it isn't needed. Feels a little like coldplay at times "how ironic". The first side made me feel like I was listening to REAR OF THE SPIDER which REALLY NEEDS A VINYL RELEASE. Side B felt more emotional, slow and experimental...very melodious.
