Nuclear War Now! had purchased the rights from Necropolis to reissue the first two Nifelheim albums. The band however mentioned concerns about this and felt treated unfairly by Necropolis. As a result they claimed to obtain the rights for these albums themselves. Nuclear War Now! has proceeded to release the CD versions as a means of recovering the investments made to obtain the rights from Necropolis. The rights were then returned to the band.
