Definitly some born french speakers (I guess (!) (?) ) do not understand a single word what Atahualpa was saying... otherwise I can not get why they rated this wunderful record with a note 3 or lower... THIS is one of the most FUNDAMENTAL RECORDS made in Latinamerica in the last 3 CENTURIES, folks... since the singer was born to aborigens & "indio" parents, and he´s telling here the whole knowledge and wisdom of many and many generations of them, they were living in this plains and mountains for so long... (even long before the spaniards came) ... you get it, really?? Some oral traditions and storytelling given from mouth to mouth... Atahualpa actually had Quechua, Quichua, Inca, Atacameño, Diaguita, Calchaquíes and many other ancestors, where he got all this stuff from... the most influential folklore singer in Lateinamerica along with Violeta Parra maybe.. IMO. Of course, if you hear only the music, could it seems like a single boring song sang through a 20 minutes side record... but you have to take a look inside the MESSAGE within..
