A very good and refined octet - perhaps a bit lagging behind of time (sounds rather cool-inspired, but the hard-bop era just emerged). For me too many standards and too few originals (at least for me). But Blues for Gassman is worth the whole show, a real gasser. The other two originals (Peter Pan/Fata Morgana) are half-baked, they sound like standards, not really my type. But, alone for the Blues for Gassman, go for it (but at a considerable price)!
