What a monster release! This is magnificent new Anjuna-material guaranteed to get the crowd moving. You can't go wrong with a 12" like this. "Morning Light" is an absolute gem if there ever was one. It's so full of energy and is a perfect example of 'feel-good' Trance. The stringy intro also gives the song it's "Cumulus" persona and suggests, in a soundscape way, 'Are you ready for this?'!! "Orient Express" is quite something too. But there's more to it than just pleasing the crowd, it digs deeper. It gives you a dream. The chorus is so heavenly. I can see why people may prefer it to the A-side and to be honest, I'm starting to see it in a new light (haha) too!

They're not out of key, but they definitely have a slight dissonant flavor to them, especially Morning Light. I personally think it gives the release some security from being accused of sounding too "happy" or "sad." In my opinion, it's the most uplifting release to date by Nitrous Oxide, whereas the others have more melancholy.

I totally respect your opinion on this release, but to me both tracks sound out of key.The production is up to regular (quality) Nitrous Oxide standards but the melodies actually grate on my ears!I would be interested to hear if anyone else has an opinion on this.
