performance: very goodrecording quality: good (but less clear than on the live album "stage")vinyl pressing: poor quality on side A ( muddy, a lot of surface noise and distortion). side B is better but not brilliant.

My copy pressing is good, not great but definitely listenable. Better than a picture disc has a right to be. The performance is great IMHO.

Only 1,500 pressed for the first in the series ‘Starman’. Therefore quite scarce and consequently goes for a fair few pennies these days, £250 plus. Note that seen as you asked Solgaard I am just answering and I am not a dealer trying to tout for business (my copy is not for sale) and jack up the price. On this one Bowie’s official website, www.davidbowie.com, my go to source for numbers on recent releases has given no exact numbers pressed regarding this release :)
