Bought this at a street market in Stockholm for around €20, believing it to be the original pressing. Like latscho says, the sound is good and plays very well on club systems. Wondering whether this is a more recent issue or if it was done in the track's heyday in the eighties, the latter being not unlikely given its popularity especially in Chicago. It is not hard to imagine that it had some sales potential over in the Windy City. The 'Caramba Mix' is definitely one of the most classic and defining tracks of that era, still kicking on the dancefloors today.

Really nice reissue above standard. The pressing is super, the label looks clean without SIAE-stamp, and the sound is awesome. It's possible to control the hi and lo with the equalizer of my mixer very precisely and effective. That's a characteristic for excellent mastering in my experience. If a reissue is official or bootleg has no particular importance to me (except that it's a pity the original artists get no money, but often the copyrights have fallen into wrong hands anyway), what counts is the quality of remastering, especially in the italo genre, where mastertapes usually are not available.
