Great sounding transfer in 1994 from original Analog recording from 1963 previously unreleased. Booker is very friendly and chatty with the audience, however and fortunately the recording isnt an ambient mic recording like most of the time period and appears a great quality soundboard recording. There is no echo, chorus, or concert hall sound captured here. And either post production or original production captures BOOKERS intimacy of his sound very well. Some excellent story telling while playing and Bookers rhythmic bass ass licks are here in all the songs. This isn't completist stuff here...Its Booker T White ripping it up..in a great mood...and having a good time sharing his music with his audience.
