I'm pretty certain the track titled 'Sample House' by Adonis is strictly exclusive to this compilation and never appeared anywhere else. Someone correct me if this isn't the case. It's a shame it was never released on its own as a single. Having said that, compared to most of Adonis's other projects from the 1986 - 1989 period, I appreciate it's not exactly highly regarded in the grand scheme of things. But it would've been good for collectors of this music to have the option of a single, with a dub mix or instrumental of sorts without all the vocal samples and chopped up tidbits. Okay - that defeats the purpose of the title doesn't it? Well who cares? Something a bit more stripped down would help as it contains quite a nice, cool prominent TB-303 acid line and sporadic beats. Besides the more obvious classics and anthems present on here, for example: Where's Your Child?, Lack Of Love, Can You Feel it? etc (the latter is the crap Chuck Roberts version) in my opinion. Count Bass-E 'So Fine' is an unsung deeper acid house classic for me. The tracks on the 12" version specifically because of 'It's Only A Dream' is better though.
