Grasping for something to compare the atmosphere to -- Christian Death's Only Theatre of Pain with electronics and healthy dose of antagonism perhaps?Several shades darker than Happy Hardcore but without the unpleasant suicidal ideation that accompanies the latter genre due to the endless buckets of putrifying PLUR it dumps on the listener.Obsess is nightmarish, claustrophobic, paranoid, angry, hopeless without coming across as contrived. Two More Reasons has some funky and familiar rhythm samples that crack me up... and not in a bad way. A unique sonic experience that defies easy description.Somewhat recommended... but for whom? Perfect for reinvigorating your next party as 3am creeps by and you're fresh out of Haloblack.
