"On October 3, one day after his critically-lauded 1994 Bridge Concert, Neil Young and Crazy Horse re-entered the Complex Recording Studios in Los Angeles. Earlier in the year, the band had recorded the album Sleeps With Angels there, but this session was arranged to film a series of music videos. Oscar-winning director Jonathan Demme was on hand to document the recording session, which began at 6:30 PM on Monday evening and concluded at 4:30 the next morning. This music featured on this disc is the result of those eventful sessions."
