This ep opens with a soft guitarline and a keyboard accompanied by the drums. But then: THRASH! With a wailing guitarsolo the song Metnal kicks off. Drivings midpaced riffs alternate with fast thrashing sections. Kosmic Death begins with an oldschool riff wich abruptly changes into a thrashing onslaught, but this song is overall more death/black metal because it uses more blasbeats. The final song, Attestor of Doom and Rebirth, is in the same fashion as the previous song, and uses some high-pitched thrash vocals together with a grunt. I think this is a very solid EP, the guitars and drums are always keeping up the fast pace and the vocals are also quite diverse, as mentioned above. Mostly it's something between a death metal grunt and a black metal shriek, or sometimes shouted or a high pitched thrash voice. The Black-Twilight circle is a bit hyped, but this is surely worth it. Recommended!
