Issued as an opaque off-white cassette shell with a repeating texture of small ovals in vertical rows around the edge of the cassette shell, and "W" and "C" as raised letters in the bottom left and right corners of one of the sides of the shell. The case is a standard cassette J-card case with a black hinge piece. The hinge piece has the same repeating texture of small ovals in vertical rows that matches the cassette shell.

Pre-"She Blinded Me With Science" version. Has 2 rare tracks: "Leipzig" and "Urges" (both from 1981), the 7" version of "Airwaves", plus the original rock version of "Radio Silence". The center label contains the catalog number 12R6051 screened in a decorative typeface next to the Venice In Peril logo. That number belongs to the 1981 UK 12" of 'Europa and the Pirate Twins', on the Parlophone label. The front sleeve photo for this album originally appeared on that single.
