This is taken from an used LP with many crackles. Bullshit. Look out for the VGP edition.

Most of this is from studio sessions at Pathé Marconi Studios, Paris, France in 1977,1978 and 1979there's also 3 studio tracks from Olympic studios in London from 1966, 68 and 69

As the Notes express and I completely agree, this Stunning LP is that one special Rolling Stones boot-leg which is, in my opinion, a top three title of the boy's studio work. The sound quality is superlative and the jacket's artwork is highly professional as well as magnificent. Not only does this double LP possess no less than 6 unreleased compositions which would have been solid--if not magnificent, late 1970s-early 80s songs for the Stones, but the alternate versions of "Dear Doctor" and "You Got The Silver", are sheer joy. An added dynamic to this set, remains the number of songs featuring Keith Richard's vocals e.g. "We Had It All", "Let's Go Steady", and 'switching' off with Mick on "I Like It Too Much". Although there are tracks which any Rolling Stones fan could hear were 'works in progress' or 'unfinished', I often have discussed with others how songs like "Claudine", "Need A Yellow Cab", "Fiji Jim", and "Misty Roads", would have blown the socks off of post-1980 RS officially released tracks. To this day, I cannot help but wonder how this brilliant material has, for the most part, remained private to this day. Of course, I felt the same way about "The Trident Mixes", which is the only other title that I can say I wouldn't ever part with!
