there are reviews of this album on other sites that point out how quiet the mastering is. this is true but this allows you to really drive it :) Plus, you have to decide, do you want a purple copy of "Purple" that's a little quiet but otherwise sounds great, or the black copy that's out now that gets overall terrible reviews on mastering! Further, you're shelling out 100+ for an OG copy! This is the w ay to go IMHO, I got mine for $30 shipped brand new :)

Ordered mine direct from Hot Topic, had a bad warp on the edge, makes the first track unplayable. I will be contacting them for replacement.
