GAZANIK
A really lovely album of lush, deep. acidic, discofied, club friendly, techie house. I can't help but wonder why this album is oh so underrated.
Agarus
Likewise. I agreed with scoundrel when I first bought this years ago, but after periodic listens since then I've gained a real appreciation for it. Every track glistens and brings the club right into your living room.
Hadadel
Good collection of tracks. Really, when you dealing with a bunch of cuts that are full length and just meant for the dancefloor, it's more of a compilation of tracks rather than an album. Most of these are well suited for the dancefloor, but also enjoyable at home. The content then, well you have some banging techy stuff like "Can't stop" and "Trippin". "Rebel Sound", "Black Sun" & "They See Nothing" are driving funky house cuts. Then also some deeper tracks like "In Two Minds", "Falling Day" & "Oceanic". The standouts are, "Tripping" which is a superb slice of acid techno. "In Two Minds" (co-produced with A-J-Scent) which is a nice funky cut but still with a nice deep foundation; "Black Sun" has a good raw drive to it; still keeping to house but you have that techy foundation there.
GODMAX
This album is perfect for the clubs: the beats are crisp, the production values excellent. Jamie Anderson is a great craftsman of tech-house. The album doesn't work as well, however, in a more personal setting (with the exception for tracks like "Puesta Del Sol" and "In Two Minds"). That said, the music is like a flashy-dressed guy that you see at the club: fun to dance with, but boring once you take it home.
