"Macabre, from the first wave of black metal (during 1986 as Necrophagy), was the first band formed by two sound artists, today better knows as SG and K11 (in the years with SC guitar / PP guitar / AP vocals). this is the first of 3 cassette demo tapes realised by the band in two years of activities. Many of the original audio material today are missed and this selection from the first demo tape "Macabre Rites" was saved and was provided for this digital re-issue, by the personal collection of an early era devotee.

From the first wave of black metal era, including a live cover version of "Blasphemer" by Sodom, to the art of noise for dark ambient metal experiments with early concrete cassette manipulation. For fans of early Celtic Frost, Infernal Majesty, Sodom and Possessed!"
