The sleeve is made of record playable material, basically a clear flexi disc embedded on the front cover and a spindle hole through the center, engraved with the commercial. Back cover states: "Watch for the new album TALK TALK TALK CBS 84892 and hear it on this sleeve at 33 r.p.m."

This sleeve is the same as the UK "Dumb Waiters" sleeve (Discogs entry The Psychedelic Furs - Dumb Waiters), however a small white sticker has been wrapped over the top to cover the song title, the sticker has "PRETTY IN PINK" showing on the front and "b/s NO TEARS" on the back. Presumably this was done for US distribution of the promo focusing on this song instead.
